Replacement Thermoelectric Power Cord for Models 5615/5640/5641/5642/5644

This Coleman cooler replacement power cord is the same original factory equipment that was originally installed on and included with Coleman coolers. It consists of two power wire cords. The shorter cord is wired directly into the cooler. The longer cord plugs into the vehicles lighter socket, the other end plugs into the short wire which is attached to the cooler.

Replacing the power cord on your Coleman cooler:

• Remove panel to access power cord. On the 16 quart (5615), four screws are located under the lid seal.
• Write down the location of all wires before starting. Disconnect power cord wires from the terminal block.
• Install the new power cord.
• Replaces all wires using the wiring diagram in the cooler. The wire diagram should be labeled "Instructions for Use".
